EVANGELIZATION
The most beautiful work is announcing the Good News to those who do not know Christ – Ven. Stephen Ferrando
Ours is a Congregation which is fully mission oriented with mission Ad Gentes as our primary focus and therefore, we joyfully carry out the mission mandate of Jesus “Go into all the world and proclaim the Good News to the whole creation” (Mk 16:15). By the virtue of her missionary vocation, a Missionary Sister is being conferred with the supreme duty of proclaiming Christ to all those who do not know him, to catechise and instruct. Our proclamation becomes effective, lively and fruitful when we preach Jesus whom we have experienced in deep prayerful moments
FORMATION
The MSMHC formation is a process of discipleship of Jesus Christ. It means acquiring the mind and heart, values and attitudes of Christ. Formation deals with the transformation of the whole person, and involves the development of all aspects of life. The primary objective of the formation process is to prepare people for the total consecration of themselves to God in the following of Christ, at the service of the Church’s mission according to the charism and spirit of the congregation.

SOCIAL APOSTOLATE
Through our Social Apostolate, we are dedicated to the holistic development and empowerment of society, with particular focus on women, girls, and children. Through our multifaceted initiatives, we champion justice and uphold the inherent dignity of every human person. The Province advances its social mission through a network of compassionate services: community dispensaries that bring healing and hope, vocational training centres that unlock potential and opportunity, open schools that illuminate young minds, and a domestic workers movement that advocates for the rights and dignity of those who serve.
EDUCATION
Article 84 of our Constitution says “We devote ourselves to the apostolate of education by means of different kinds of schools, boarding houses and hostels, especially for the benefit of women, girls and children.” Keeping in mind the vision of our Founder through the apostolate of education we help young people to form their conscience according to the values of the Gospel and assist them to become socially committed persons. The Human and Christian values are inculcated to the students in our schools. In fulfilment of the apostolate of education, schools have adopted a style of working based on Don Bosco’s Preventive System.
Sacred Heart of Jesus
The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a Catholic devotion that symbolizes Christ’s boundless and passionate love for humanity. It represents Jesus’s heart as the source of his divine and human love, mercy, and sacrifice for all people. The devotion is often depicted with images of the heart surrounded by flames, thorns, and rays of light, representing its fervor, his suffering, and his enlightening presence.
Key aspects of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Representation of sacrifice: The heart symbolizes Jesus’s love that led him to lay down his life for humanity. It is often depicted with a cross, which represents his sacrifice and the salvation it provides.
A call to devotion: The devotion is a way for the faithful to respond to Jesus’s love. It is an invitation to have his sentiments, to love with his heart, and to make reparation for sins.
